Peaking Lights- Imaginary Falcons

I picked up my copy of Imaginary Falcons at Exiled a few weeks ago, after reading Scott's review on the record that declared it one of his favorites of 2009. I asked Lindsay at the counter what it was all about, and she said it was a homemade noise record kind of like Blues Control, but without guitars. As I was feeling adventurous that day, I picked it up without listening first. I am happy to report that it did not disappoint. All in all, its a fairly reflective sort of "noise", with an often perpetual but understated rhythmic pace that I've found is great for working around my kitchen.
